Feeling Good -
(90 minutes) This humorous presentation on self-esteem is highly recommended for teens and adults, and is well suited for younger groups. Loonie creates a safe environment where the audience is put at ease, and is encouraged to actively participate in group exercises. Topics and discussion include Acceptance, Nurturing, Boundaries, Balance, Expectations and Assumptions, Negative Thoughts, Attitudes and Fear. Tools are provided to assist in this process, which are practical, and easily applied to every day living. These tools make up a model that people can live by, to be the best that they can be every day. This is a fun learning session for anyone wanting to create more happiness, balance and less stress in their lives.

Humour and Laughter -
(90 minutes) Have your forgotten how to laugh and have a good time? Or perhaps you just want to have more laughter in your life. This ninety minute presentation explores What Humour and Laughter is About; Why Laughing is Good For Us; Why We Don’t Laugh; How We Can Learn to Laugh More. You will take away practical Exercises you can work on to create more laughter in your life. At the end of this presentation you will leave feeling entertained, have a lighter walk and wear a big smile on your face.


Stress -
(60 minutes) This action packed interactive hour, combines humour and laughter with other useful tools to manage everyday stress and stress in the work place.

Workshops are designed for specific audiences so they are more meaningful and worthwhile.

What Makes Me So Special - (60 minutes) This one-hour of fun and laughter is designed for the classroom. It is well suited for students ranging from 10 - 15 years old, but may be adapted for a younger audience.

Group exercises create lots of fun, laughter and encourage audience participation.
The main focus is on self-acceptance and self worth. Recognition and appreciation is given to innate gifts of self and to those of others.

Being positive and building positive relationship
Being supportive
Working as a team

Special Needs Groups - (Day and evening courses offered)
Many positive benefits have resulted from individuals participating in fun, easy exercises, where creativity and dexterity is used and instant success is realized.
Any program can be taylored to meet the needs of the group.


Balloon Sculpturing - A hands on course where the participant will learn how to create their very own sculpture out of balloons. How exciting it is for them to see their results, and have something tangible to take away with them to display in their rooms. This will be a topic of conversation for many days.

Juggling - The art of juggling is very fascinating and a barrel of laughs. This takes total concentration for the participant to be successful. A short time working with scarves will produce instant success. For those who want to dazzle their friends - they will learn how to juggle with balls. Success will come with much practice. The art of juggling is now being taught in many schools and other institutes because it has proved to be a great stress reliever.
