Juggling requires great concentration. Because a person’s mind is so absorbed on the task at hand, juggling is reputed to be a great stress reliever. This is a wonderful tool to learn in a group setting. Playfully, team members laugh at themselves and at each other in the process of learning how to take a break when under stress.
